Cut the bread slices into medium sized square
cubes.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.

Add onion and let them sauté till light brown.

Add ginger, chili, tomato and sauté for a
minute.

Now add all the other vegetables and sauté for
another 2 – 3 minutes.

Add tomato ketchup and the rest of the spices
and sauté for a few minutes till the oil gets separated.

Add the bread slices and mix properly.

Serve hot in a serving plate.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
