Green chili (chopped) – 2

Water – 1 ½ to 2 cups

Oil for frying

For filling

Onion (finely chopped) – 1

Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp

Mint leaves – 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Method : |

Put the meat and other spices in the pressure
cooker.
-
Add water and cook the meat for 15 – 20
minutes.
-
After the first whistle cook on low flame.
-
Open the cooker, if there is any water, cook
till it dries.
-
Grind the meat. Add 2 eggs.
-
Mix well and keep aside for 30 – 40 minutes.
-
Mix the filling in kebab.
-
Divide the mixture into 20 – 24 medium sized
kebabs.
-
Deep fry in oil till brown in color.
