Spinach / Palak - 1 bunch/ 250 g
Milk - 2 cups
Water - 2 cups
CornFlour - 3/4 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Salt & Pepper powder to taste
Method :
Clean & chop the palak.
In a non stick pan, steam the chopped palak by adding little water.
After steaming, blend the steamed palak by adding little milk.
Make a fine paste of it.
Pour it in the non stick pan, add the remaining milk & water.
Bring it to boil.
In a small bowl mix little water & corn flour properly (see that there should be no lumps).
While boiling, add the corn flour mix.
Then add salt, butter, pepper powder.
Let it boil for another 2 minutes.
Your yummy soup is ready.

Maida - 1 cup
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Butter - 1/2 cup
Mashed Banana - 1
Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
Soda - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1/4 cup
Almond, chopped - 15
Method :
Preheat the oven at 200° C.
In the mean while, sieve the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Mix butter and sugar in another big bowl. Peel and mash the banana.
Now mix all the ingredients together. Mix thoroughly.
Grease and dust a baking tin. Pour the cake batter into it.
Bake the batter at 180° C for 25-30 minutes or till done.
Let it cool and serve.

Chicken – ½ kg
Curd, dahi – ½ kg
Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Lemon juice – 2 tsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Chicken Masala – 3 tsp
Onions, chopped - 1½ cup
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Chili powder – 1½ tsp
Salt - to taste
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Cashewnuts (cut into half) - 10
Almonds (slit into half) - 10
Coriander leaves - to garnish
Shahi Jeera - 1 tsp
Method :
Clean the chicken pieces.
In a bowl put all the ingredients except oil,
onions, cashew nuts, almonds
and coriander.
Marinate the chicken for 4 hrs.
Later on take a handi / pot. Put oil, add shahi
jeera, cashews and
almonds.
Let them crackle and let the nuts turn into a light pink colour, then add chopped onions.
Saute it till the onions are done or brown in colour.
Now add the marinated chicken.
Mix everything properly. Cover it with the lid. Let it cook.
When its cooked garnish with chopped leaves of coriander and serve.
