Eggs - 4
Fresh Cream (Malai) – 1 ½ cups
Onion - 3 big, cut in mediun size
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
salt - according to taste
Method :
Hard boil the 3 eggs cut them into big cubes and keep aside.
Cut the 3 big onions into medium size.
Put white oil in the pan and fry them till light brown.
Now add the pieces of boiled egg in medium flame, add cream(malai) to it and gently mix the contents.
Then add the garam masala.
Serve hot with paratha, roti, puri etc.
