  • Raw Mango 1

  • Rye tsp

  • Turmeric powder tsp

  • Red Chili powder 1 tsp

  • Coconut, scraped unit

  • Garlic pods 6

  • Salt to taste


Method :

  • Peel the raw mango and cut it into 1 inch square pieces.

  • Take sufficient amount of water to boil the mango pieces until soft.

  • Drain off the excess water and then add about half a tsp of salt and keep it for half an hour.

  • Grind all the other ingredients and then add to the boiled mango pieces.

  • It basically makes a chutney and can go with any snacks.
