Raw Mango – 1
Rye – ½ tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Red Chili powder – 1 tsp
Coconut, scraped – ½ unit
Garlic pods – 6
Salt to taste
Method :
Peel the raw mango and cut it into 1 inch square pieces.
Take sufficient amount of water to boil the mango pieces until soft.
Drain off the excess water and then add about half a tsp of salt and keep it for half an hour.
Grind all the other ingredients and then add to the boiled mango pieces.
It basically makes a chutney and can go with any snacks.
