Ingredients :

White guard - 1/4 kg
Yam - 1/4 kg
Carrot - 1
Beans - 4
Raw banana - 1
Brinjal - 1
Potato - 1
Curd - 1/4 litre
Green Chilies - 4
Coconut Oil -1 tsp
Curry leaves
Coconut - 1/2
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Method :
Boil the vegetables with salt and turmeric powder with little water.
Remove the excess water.
Make a paste of grated coconut and green chilies. The paste should not be too fine.
Mix the paste with the vegetables and bring to boil.
Add curd and simmer it for 2 minutes. Remove from fire and add coconut oil/refined oil and curry leaves.
Serve it with rice and chapatis.
