Hare Bhare Paneer Rolls

Ingredients :

  • Spinach, chopped (dry) – ½ cup

  • Coriander leaves, chopped – ½ cup

  • Kasoori Methi – ½ cup

  • Paneer cubes – 100 gms

  • Flour – 2 tbsp

  • Salt – to taste

  • Garam Masala – ½ tsp

  • Lime Juice – 2tsp

  • Boiled and mashed Potato – ½ kg

  • Bread Crumbs – 2 tbsp

Method :

  • Mix all ingredients except paneer.

  • Mix salt and chilly powder to paneer and make equal number of big balls.

  • Make smaller balls from potato mixture and fill in each paneer roll.

  • Coat with papad powder or semolina (suji).

  • Deep fry and serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
