Maida (refined flour)- 100 gms
Milk - 1/2 litre
Water - little
Sugar - 100 gms
Salt - a pinch
Cashew - 10 gm
Currants - 10 gms
First make a hard dough of maida and water. Make small rice size balls of it.
Then put this under fan to become hard.
Then boil water and put this rice made out of maida to boiled water, salt and immediately strain it.
Then boil the milk, put sugar, then fry the nuts and currants and put to the boiled milk
Then put the strained and boiled maida rice to it.
Keep boiling for some time.
Then cool it to the desired temperature.
Your kheer is ready.
