Ingredients :

Rice - 1 cup
Cinnamon powder - 4 tbsp
Biscuits - 10
Dry fruits and nuts - 1/2 cup
Fresh Milk - 1 cup
Milk cream fresh / Creamer – ½ cup [optional]
Vanilla essence - 2-3 drops. (if served chilled)
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Method :
Mash dry fruits and nuts. Keep it aside.
Mash the biscuits into fine powder and store separately.
Add 3-4 tsp sugar to milk and boil the rice with it.
Melt ghee in a pan.
Fry some dry fruits and nuts.
Add ground biscuit and fry them for 2-3 minutes.
Add fresh milk cream/creamer.
Mix well and add milk to make it a thick mixture.
Add a pinch of salt.
Add Cinnamon powder.
Bring it to a boil till the color changes to faint brown.
Add rice and allow it to boil.
Adjust sugar as per taste.
Brown cream layer will indicate that dish is ready to be served.
Garnish with nuts and dry fruits.
If served chilled, add vanilla essence and mix well.

Ginger, finely chopped - 2 tsp
Garlic, finely chopped - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 1/2 tsp
Jeera powder - 2 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
Red chili powder - 3 tsp
Green and Red chili - as per taste
Chicken (with bone or boneless) - medium pieces - 400gms
Ground Turkey - 150 gms
Onion, chopped - 2
Bay leaf -2
Oil / Ghee - 4 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Method :
Pour Oil or Ghee in a pan.
Fry Bay leaf & Green Chili.
Add Onions, fry till golden brown.
Add Chicken & Turkey.
Fry till white color appears (approx 5-7 minutes).
Add salt and rest of the spices.
Add water (1-2 cups).
Allow it to cook in medium flame for 45 minutes ( 1-2 whistle in pressure cooker).
Garnish with coriander and lemon juice.
Best served with Rice/ Naan.
This dish is closest resembling to Chicken in
Meat Keema. 126 is my apt
number, hence the name - Non-Veg 126.
