Ingredients :

Chicken – 250 gms
Sweetcorn Cream style – 1 tin
Black Pepper – to taste
Coriander Leaves, chopped finely – to garnish
Salt – to taste
Nestle Cream – 1 cup
Baking Powder – ½ tsp
Grated Cheese – ¾ cube
Beaten Egg - 1
Butter – 1 tsp
Method :
Mix all ingredients except egg, bake for half an hour in a square dish at 180°C.
When cool cut in squares and dip in egg.
Deep fry in hot oil.
Serve with chili sauce.
