Potato - 500 gms
Cabbage - 250 gms
Carrot - 250 gms
Beans - 125 gms
Onions - 2
Tomato - 500 gms
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Paav Bhaaji Powder - 3 tsp
Garlic paste - 6 piece
Coriander leaves - ½ cup
Lemon - ½
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Red Chili Powder to taste
Method :
Cut potato, cabbage, carrot, beans and tomato.
Now boil all the vegetables except onion and tomatoes in a cooker or a pan with little water( 4 to 5 whistles).
In the meantime, heat oil in a pan. Fry onions
very well until golden brown.
Add garlic paste to it and fry for a minute.
Add garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder and pav bhaji powder and cook for a minute.
Note: You need to fry very well. The taste depends on the way you fry.
Now add tomato pieces to this. Also add coriander, turmeric powder and salt to this. Let it boil completely.
Take out the boiled vegetables from the pressure cooker and drain the water from them.
Mash the vegetables properly.
Now add this mashed vegetable to the above gravy. If required you can add drained water which is kept aside to this.
Let it boil completely. Then add lemon juice to this.
Garnish with coriander leaves again.
