Ingredients :

Tortilla or Chapatti - 2
Chopped Yellow bell pepper - 1/3
Chopped Spring onion - 1
Chopped Carrot - 1/3
Chopped beet root - 1/3
Grated Cheese - 50 grams (or as desired)
Method :
Take one Tortilla/Chapatti and now spread all
ingredients evenly on the
whole tortilla/chapatti.
Now place the other tortilla/chapatti on the top.
Heat a tava on a medium to low flame, once the
tava has started to heat
place the tortilla/chapatti on the tava and cook on both sides.
Don't let any sides burn so keep turning the tortillas/chapattis around.
Cook until both tortillas/chapattis have stuck
together due to melted
cheese.
Once cooked take it of the pan and cut in to 6
triangles and serve hot
with chutney or tomato ketchup.
