Pasta - 100 gms
Cucumber - 1
Tomato - 2
Onion - 1
Boiled Potato - 1
Salt - 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper - 1/4 tbsp
Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp
Minced Cabbage - 1/2 cup (Optional)
Method :
Boil the pasta in water with salt and spoonfull oil.
Adding oil to pasta while boiling does not let the pasta cubes stick with each other.
Drain the water from pasta and refrigerate it.
Dice the cucumber, potato, tomato and onion
into 1cm sized pieces. Mix
them together.
Add the minced cabbage. Cabbage is optional ,
but adding it makes the
salad even more crispy.
Mix mayonnaise, veggies and pasta well. The
mayonnaise helps the veggies
to stick around the pasta and also bring consistency to the mix.
Sprinkle black pepper and serve cold.
