Pour the yoghurt into a bowl and whisk it
well. Add the salt, sugar, honey and mint sauce.

Taste to check the sweetness and add more honey if desired.

Reserve a little chopped coriander for garnishing and add the rest
to the yoghurt mixture with the chili, onion and water.

Whisk once again and pour into a serving bowl.

Garnish with the reserved coriander and place in the refrigerator
ready to serve.
