1. Chinese Chicken Noodle Soup
Chinese Chicken Noodle Soup
First add chicken with curd and ½ cup of water in a pan. Remember do not cut the pieces of chicken. Add the big pieces. Cover it and cook it for around 5 minutes on medium flame.
Once the chicken pieces get tender, take out the pieces and make the fine and shredded pieces of it.
Now in the same pan, add oil and pinch of Ajinomoto.
Now add chopped white spring onion and chopped garlic. Roast it for 2 minutes.
Add salt and black powder into it and then add the chicken stock to it and let it start boiling.
Now add vinegar, soy sauce and tomato ketchup and boil it on slow flame for around 3 minutes.
Once all the ingredients get mix up add the boiled noodles into it and boil it for next 2 minutes.
Garnish with chopped green spring onion and serve it.
