1. Chinese Chicken Noodle Soup

 

Chinese Chicken Noodle Soup

     
  Ingredients :
 
  • Boneless Chicken -1 1/2 cup
  • Boiled Noodles - 1/4 cup
  • Curd - 3 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper powder - 2 tsp
  • White part of Spring onion - 4
  • Ajinomoto - a pinch
  • Green part of spring onion - for garnish (chopped)
  • Vinegar - 2 tsp
  • Soy Sauce - 2 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup - 1 tsp
  • Water - 4 cup
  •  
      Method :
     
  • First add chicken with curd and ½ cup of water in a pan. Remember do not
    cut the pieces of chicken. Add the big pieces. Cover it and cook it for
    around 5 minutes on medium flame.

  • Once the chicken pieces get tender, take out the pieces and make the
    fine and shredded pieces of it.

  • Now in the same pan, add oil and pinch of Ajinomoto.

  • Now add chopped white spring onion and chopped garlic. Roast it for 2
    minutes.

  • Add salt and black powder into it and then add the chicken stock to it and let it start boiling.

  • Now add vinegar, soy sauce and tomato ketchup and boil it on slow flame
    for around 3 minutes.

  • Once all the ingredients get mix up add the boiled noodles into it and
    boil it for next 2 minutes.

  • Garnish with chopped green spring onion and serve it.
