1. Soya Nuggets Pulao

 

Soya Nuggets Pulao

     
  Ingredients :
 
  • Nutrela Granule - ½ kg
  • Rice - ½ kg
  • Onion, medium - 4
  • Tomatoes, medium - 4
  • Green Chilies - 4
  • Fresh Mint Leaves - 1 cup
  • Refined Oil - ½ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chili Powder – to taste
  •  
      Method :
     
  • Soak nutrela granules in hot water for 15 min.

  • Wash rice and soak them, keep aside.

  • Take a traditional handi, put it on flame.

  • Heat oil and then add onion and cook till light brown.

  • Add salt and red chili powder, cook for 1 minute.

  • Now add green chilies and nutrela granules and keep it stirring till all the water is soaked and oil separates.

  • Now add one cup of water and repeat the process till oil comes on top.

  • Add chopped tomatoes and mint leaves and cook till all tomatoes gets mashed and oil comes up.

  • Add required water for cooking rice (approx.- 1½  glass)

  • Add rice and let it cook till rice take all the water cover it and keep on low flame for 5 minutes.

  • Serve hot with curd.
