1. Tomato Mint Soup
Tomato Mint Soup
Peel off the skin of the tomatoes.
In a mixer add tomatoes and chili and make a fine paste.
In a pan add 1 tbsp Butter.
To this add the tomato paste.
Boil till red color is obtained.
Then add sugar, mint leaves, chopped spring onions, carrot and ginger paste.
Then add corn flour paste. Add salt.
While serving garnish with a few chopped coriander and mint leaves.
