1. Bread Poha

 

Bread Poha

     
  Ingredients :
 
  • Bread Slice -4
  • Onion, small, chopped - 1
  • Tomato, medium, chopped - 1
  • Green Chilies ,chopped - 2
  • Coriander, chopped - 1/4 cup
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
  • Red chili powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
  •  
      Method :
     
  • Crush the bread slices in fine pieces.

  • Sprinkle some water on bread pieces.

  • Heat oil in a pan. Put some cumin seeds in oil to splutter.

  • Add green chili followed by onion. Fry onion till it becomes translucent, now add tomato. Add turmeric, red chili, tomato ketchup and chili sauce.

  • At last add bread pieces and salt. Sauté for 5 minutes.

  • Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
